"Excellent value for money stay. The only bad thing about the hotel is that it takes a while to walk. But the facilities are comparable to five stars. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel room was more than twice as big as the average European hotel room."

"The only thing that is worth noting is the location, and the beautiful structure, but in a decadent phase, should be renewed. Experience at the negative restaurant, raised the cost of €110,00 for two people per first meal and dessert, only water no wine. Cold and anonymous dishes.
The staff at the service breakfast is very available and friendly, unlike their colleagues at the restaurant.
Insufficient cleaning in the rooms.
The hotel has a small room in a higher room, and there is no case to put the clothes.
Remember all this at the unique reception what they knew to answer will be warned to the Directorate and ... if I had taken something from the fridge bar!!

"Fantastic and elegant place, my girl and I spent our anniversary here and we were very good between spa, pool, restaurant, breakfast and bar from 11 out of 10, very close to the main parking of Portonova and its beaches, From here you can really reach almost all the interest points on this side of the mountain.
Parking was also very comfortable."

"The location is very good, just near the square, to the Baihua Cathedral and the business district are within walking distance, there are many places to eat nearby. Sleeping at night is very quiet, downstairs to see the fountain and pool next door, the room is spacious, although a little sense of time is still very tasteful, the hotel staff was originally working at 8 o'clock in the evening, we did not see the mail, arrived at 9 o'clock, The service staff left me the door and the key, and waited until the block was nine o'clock, very intimate."

KKUOThe hotel is great! The location is excellent, the port is the seaside port, the back is the shopping pedestrian street, eat and drink! The interior of the hotel is decorated in a Mediterranean style, very beautiful and the rooms are very clean! The son was naughty and accidentally broke the flower pot at the front desk. Although the reception was speechless, it was still very friendly! Breakfast is relatively simple, but fruits, bread, cold cuts, coffee, etc. are enough for your belly! This hotel makes our impression of Ancona more beautiful and memorable!

PPistrittoPosto da favola, ma abbastanza distante da Portonovo e Mezzavalle se come me ci si muove solo a piedi e con uno saono da trekking. I mezzi pubblici passano di rado e bisogna calcolare bene i tempi. In alta stagione l’hotel dispone di un servizio navetta per il Conero.
Il giardino dell’hotel è bellissimo e curatissimo e la vista sulle spiagge del Conero è mozzafiato. Addetti alla reception gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Camera con vista sul mare da favola. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Cena nel ristorante interno: di qualità ma quantità minime. Prezzi sproporzionati. Ho aspettato moltissimo per ordinare, molto tra una portata e l’altra. Non mi sono osato a dire nulla, ma devono essersene resi conto da soli in quanto al check-out mi hanno fatto uno sconto rispetto ai prezzi visti sul menù.

GGuest UserEveryone in the staff always had a ready smile and was always helpful! Excellent views of the beach from the restaurant and the room! We took our meals at the restaurant and food as well as the service were great! For starters, we were served sparkling white wine and some bruschetta! We ordered pasta and vegetable gratin each and were surprised by the large portions! But everything was delicious so we were more than satisfied.
About the location, you need to walk up a bit but we did not mind the exercise at all. Also, if you find yourself in Portonovo, you will be a bit far from the city center. So if you need to shop for necessities, you need to drive 20-30 minutes to Numana. The hotel gave excellent suggestions and arranged also for a hired taxi. All-around great service and would definitely visit again in the future if given the chance.
